Comment utilisez-vous les huiles essentielles sur son lieu de travail ?
Les huiles essentielles permettent de purifier et d’assainir l’air, de se protéger des infections qui frappent d’autres collègues, de se détendre après une dure journée de travail ou au contraire de lutter contre la fatigue. De même, elles sont actives très rapidement (en quelques minutes à peine).
Il existe différents modes d’application :
En diffusion : 2 gouttes dans un diffuseur électrique, ½ heure /jour environ.
Par olfaction : respirer lentement directement au bouchon ou préparez un mélange (huile végétale + huile essentielle) dans un roll-on que vous appliquerez au poignet, pour bénéficier d’un double usage (olfacto et cutané)
Par voie cutanée : HE toujours diluée dans un support, et sur des points comme l’intérieur des poignets, plexus solaire, les surrénales, sous la plante des pieds.
Par voie orale : Je ne vous parle pas de ce mode d’administration ici.
Les huiles essentielles à utiliser sur votre lieu de travail
HE toniques pour bien commencer la journée…
- HE de pin sylvestre (pinus sylvestris) : 1 goutte appliqué sous la plante des pieds et les surrénales
- HE d’épinette noire (picea marian) : idem pin sylvestre
- HE d’eucalyptus radié (eucalyptus radié) : en olfaction
- HE de citron (citrus limonum) : en diffusion ou en olfaction : favorise la concentration et la clarté d’esprit
HE pour assainir l’air ou désodoriser (en prévention des maux de l’hiver) : en diffusion uniquement
- HE d’eucalyptus radié (eucalyptus radiata) : voies respiratoires, immunostimulante.
- HE de tea tree (arbre à thé, melaleuca alternifolia) : assainit l’air ambiant, renforce les défenses immunitaires.
- HE de ravintsara (cinnamomum camphora) : infections ORL et broncho-pulmonaires, HE antivirale, immunostimulante
- HE de pin sylvestre (pinus sylvestris) : à mélanger en proportion égale avec HE d’eucalyptus radié.
- HE de citron (citrus limonum) : purifie et assainit l’air ambiant, HE antiseptique et l’ensemble des agrumes.HE calmantes, pour les fins de journée paisibles / en cas de stress
- HE de lavande officinale (lavande vraie / lavandula officinalis ou vera) : en diffusion, en olfaction, en voie cutanée en roll-on (poignet, plexus solaire)
- HE petit grain bigaradier : idem lavande fine
- HE de marjolaine des jardins (marjolaine à coquilles, origanum majorana) : HE équilibrante, enthousiamante et calmante, idéale en cas de stress, angoisse ou nervosité en olfaction
- HE d’orange douce (citrus sinensis) : HE calmante. Aide à trouver le sommeil en olfaction ou diffusion
- HE relaxantes dont l’odeur vous plait, mais à très faible dose pour ne pas être sédative, car il faut rentrer…
Arrivée à votre domicile :
- HE Camomille romaine (chamaemelum nobile) : idéale pour angoisses et anxiété, HE équilibrante en voie cutanée ou olfaction, quelques gouttes dans une huile de massage. Pas de diffusion car c’est une huile essentielle chère et son odeur n’est « pas très agréable »
- HE Ylang ylang (cananga odorata) : diffusion, olfaction, voie cutanée
- HE de géranium rosat (pelagormium graveolens): idem géranium rosat
HE en cas de douleurs, bosses et brûlures
- HE de gaulthérie (gaulthéria fragrantissima) : anti-inflammatoire, réchauffe / décontracte les muscles en voie cutanée dans une huile végétale associée ou pas à l’HE de lavandin, eucalyptus citronné
- HE de menthe poivrée (mentha piperita) : en cas de maux de tête, se masser les tempes avec quelques gouttes,, loin des yeux.
- HE de lavande officinale (lavande vraie / lavandula officinalis ou vera) en cas de brûlures (après avoir refroidie la brûlure), elle cicatrise et apaise la peau, décontracte les muscles
Le petit + :
Pour parfumer les WC, fabriquer un spray :
Récupérer un vapo de 100ml, versez-y 20ml de vodka bon marché ou de vinaigre blanc, ajoutez 20 gouttes d’essence de citron, orange… (les agrumes sont les meilleurs antiseptiques aériens et leur coût est raisonnable, de plus elles sont généralement appréciées de tous)…puis compléter le flacon avec de l’eau.
Après chaque passage, agitez le flacon et vaporisez de manière à ce que la brume retombe à la fois sur la cuvette des WC et l’environnement.
Pour nettoyer et désinfecter bureau / plan de travail, mélangez ½ litre de vinaigre blanc avec 15 gouttes d’HE de tea tree (arbre à thé) ou HE de citron. Mélangez le flacon vivement puis vaporiser les endroits à assainir.
Respecter les règles d’usage des huiles essentielles :
Jamais d’huiles essentielles sur les muqueuses, ni œil, oreilles…
Pas d’exposition au soleil après l’utilisation d’essence d’agrumes
En cas d’ingestion accidentelle d’une grande quantité d’HE, ingérer de l’huile
végétale et contacter le centre anti-poison 02 99 59 22 22
En cas de projection dans l’oeil ou sur les muqueuses: enlever le plus possible avec
une compresse imbibée d’huile végétale puis rincer abondamment à l’eau fraîche.
Respecter le nombre de gouttes, la fréquence, la durée d’application
Tenir les flacons fermés, debout, à l’abri de la lumière et surtout hors de portée
des enfants
L’usage des huiles essentielles ne remplace pas une consultation médicale
